Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions:

  1. Return Window

    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of placing your order.

    • Any complimentary gifts received with a purchase are required to be returned along with the order.

  2. Condition of Products

    • Products must be returned in their original packaging and in usable condition.

    • Only products that have not been used are eligible for return.

    • Empty, nearly empty, or heavily used items cannot be refunded.

  3. Return Costs

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    • A return processing fee (covering shipping, handling, and inspection) will be deducted from your refund.

  4. Refund Method

    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

    • Once your return is received and approved, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

  5. Non-Refundable Items

    • Gift cards, promotional items, and products purchased through retailers are not eligible for return or refund.

  6. No Exchanges or Store Credit

    • We do not offer exchanges or store credit. Refunds are the only resolution offered for eligible returns.

  7. Refused Deliveries

    • If an order is refused at delivery and returned to us, the original shipping cost and return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.


HOW TO START A RETURN

Step 1: Before returning a product, kindly complete our Contact Form to get in touch with our Customer Service (If you return a product without informing us, it may result in us being unable to process your return)

• In the Order ID section, please indicate the order number.
• In the I would like to section, please select "Cancel/Return an Order"
• In the Description section, please mention the reason for return and include the information for the product(s) you wish to return in the below format per each item:

Step 2: Our Customer Service team will then provide you with a Return Form containing the necessary return address. Please print out the Return Form and enclose it within the return parcel alongside the product(s), ideally in their original packaging (placed within a box of your preference).

Step 3: Mail the package(s) and respond to Customer Service with the tracking details.
**Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs and the safe return of the merchandise, but you can select the carrier that works best for you.**

Step 4: Most return funds are processed within 14 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed.
